Dennis Gratz: My resignation should serve as a warning to the leadership of Our Party to return to democracy

One of the founders of Our Party and a delegate in the Federal Parliament, Dennis Gratz, has submitted an irrevocable resignation from the position of President of the Main Board and member of the Presidency of Our Party.

Gratz announced this news via his official Facebook profile.

„Although I make this decision after much deliberation, I unfortunately make it without hesitation,“ Gratz wrote.

He said he can no longer remain silent about the dissatisfaction of a large part of Our Party's members with the moves currently being made by the party's top leadership.

„I remained silent for the sake of peace at home. Now I think that silence would lead to even greater unrest, and following the call of responsibility, I decided to be the voice of the silent majority,“ he added. Gratz did not list specific reasons for his resignation. He said he does not want to cause additional problems for the party, but that with his move he wants to show the leadership that decisions must begin to be made at the level of party bodies, not in cafes.

Gratz remains a member of Our Party and its delegate in the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
