Democratic Front: The "Trojka" lied that the adoption of the BiH budget is a condition for EU funds from the Growth Plan

(Patria) - The Presidency of the Democratic Front held its regular session today, at which
the following conclusions were reached:

1. The move by the state authorities, namely sending an incomplete Reform Program to Brussels, thereby causing the country to lose money from the EU Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, is scandalous. The statements by the representatives of the "Trojka" (the three-party coalition) that Dodik and Čović are ready to cooperate and that the "Trojka" will apologize and withdraw if proven wrong with this claim were naive;

2. It is irresponsible to send the Budget of BiH institutions for an urgent procedure in July for the current budget year. The authorities have brutally violated the Law on Financing of BiH Institutions here. Particularly scandalous is the vote by the representatives of the "Trojka" for the structure of the Budget, which increases funds for the Minister of Security who publicly tells jokes about the victims of genocide in Srebrenica;

3. We remind Christian Schmidt that the Election Law of Republika Srpska has entered into force. Likewise, with the votes of delegates from the SNSD, SDS, and both HDZ parties, a law that is deeply unconstitutional and attempts to turn the Constitutional Court of BiH into a new "House of Peoples" whose composition and decision-making method will be entity-based and ethnically rounded off has been put on the agenda of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH. The recent Opinion of the Venice Commission confirmed that such a Proposal is contrary to European practice. We support the decision of the delegates from the Bosniak People's Club to use all procedural possibilities to prevent the session at which the unconstitutional Law related to the Constitutional Court of BiH will be voted on;

4. The recent vote at the plenary session of the Constitutional Law of BiH showed that Marin Vukoja has not renounced his political preferences and inclinations towards HDZ, which in practice demonstrates the harm of the "Trojka's" decision to appoint him to a 20-year term;

5. The decision of the Democratic Front Election Headquarters to contest the local elections in 58 municipalities and cities across the country and to field 7 candidates for mayors and city mayors has been confirmed.
