Democratic Front: We oppose any attempt and intention to politically control FTV

(Patria) - The shutting down of Federal Television's program is a classic attack on media freedom, by parties gathered around HDZ, the so-called Trojka (SDP, NiP, NS), an attempt at control,
with threats and efforts to shut down this public RTV service, endangering the existence of media employees, according to the reaction of the Democratic Front.

"The decision to shut down FTV was made, supported, or patented by members of the BHRT Management Board who in the past period were the flagships of RTRS, RTV Herceg Bosna, and Večernji list. Therefore, everything is clear.

By denying the realization of FTV programs, citizens of the Federation of BiH and the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina are denied the opportunity to see and hear the views of the position and opposition, and all those who participate in public life. This violates the constitutional right to information.

The Democratic Front opposes any attempt and intention to politically control
the media service", it was stated.
