Demographic Earthquakes in Bosnia and Herzegovina

I have written critically on several occasions about the mass sale of BiH land to foreigners, the highest quality land, literally the ground beneath our feet. In doing so, I have always emphasized, as I do now, that I am writing about this extremely negative phenomenon from the perspective of the interests of BiH and its citizens, and not out of intolerance towards foreigners (or Arabs, who are predominant buyers of huge real estate in BiH). My absolute interest and priority is the interest of BiH and its citizens.

After those articles of mine, some circumstances have changed somewhat – again in a negative direction – and I want to point them out. It is shocking how politicians in BiH (it turns out they are no longer politicians but grabbers!) do not grasp the seriousness of this phenomenon and its long-term very negative consequences for BiH. I am not aware of what judicial bodies, police, etc., are doing in this regard, except that I know that the Federal Police Administration once stated that there are many fictitious foreign companies through which Bosnian land is being squandered, and the ultimate outcome of that discovery is unknown to the public.

The Center for Investigative Journalism (CIN) recently published a serious and exact analysis of the sale of Bosnian land. I will cite a few data from this research that are important for my further analysis. In Sarajevo Canton alone, Arabs have bought 15.3 million square meters of land (an area of 2150 football fields), and land is also being bought massively throughout the Federation of BiH in general. By the beginning of 2019, 1600 companies owned by citizens of Arab origin were registered in the Federation, and most of these companies (registered for the purpose of buying real estate, as we do not have established reciprocity with those countries) have one employee; 70% of the companies have a minimum capital of two to eight thousand KM.

As many as 469 of them were not at their registered addresses, and 158 company owners did not have regular residence in BiH at all, etc. So, plenty of work for the FUP and other bodies. Especially for politicians.
However, these worrying and exact facts, which indicate negative demographic (and ownership) structural changes, are happening in a new context that exceptionally intensifies this negative trend, and whose ultimate result, or one of the results, will be – in Kolinda's language and reasoning – to accuse BiH, or rather the Federation, of Islamic radicalization, so that it would be the crowning argument for the dissolution of BiH. This frightening sale of the highest quality land (and not by chance – in and around the capital city!) is accompanied by the following phenomena that should be observed SIMULTANEOUSLY:
1. BiH has become a destination where masses of migrants from Asia and Africa are accumulating. The EU is decisively stopping them at its border, showing extreme, even brutal intolerance, and then lecturing BiH on how to treat migrants humanely, dictating where we should accommodate them in our country, etc.

This is truly unbelievable, and it is incomprehensible why the authorities in BiH agree to such an arrogant and hypocritical attitude from the EU. BiH does not have the economic, legal, political, or security capacity to absorb and manage such a phenomenon. The question of how much of a security problem this is is meaningless when there are hundreds or thousands of foreigners here who have entered our country illegally and move around it without any documentation. These are not people from war-torn countries, as many naive citizens think, saying: We were refugees too! There is no similarity between us in the nineties and these migrants from Pakistan, Iran, Morocco, etc.

(Why don't law enforcement agencies move these people to the camps already provided for them around Sarajevo?! You can no longer wait for a green light at any traffic light in Sarajevo due to their begging!) 2. At the same time, thousands of its young people and families are leaving BiH for EU countries, which accept them, our people, but do not accept Asians and Africans. Why such an attitude from the EU? Because they need labor, and Bosnians are Europeans, white, adaptable, hardworking, highly productive, and often educated. They welcome them with open arms, while they deploy armies, police, and barbed wire fences against Asians and Africans. Well done, honest and humane Europe!

The CONCLUSION is the following, and it is obvious.

In the Federation of BiH, millions of square meters of land, entire areas, are being sold to foreigners, mostly illegally. At the same time – that is, simultaneously – tens of thousands of migrants are flocking to BiH, whom the EU is keeping here. Also simultaneously, the best, most productive part of its population is leaving BiH for the world at a dramatic speed. All of this represents an accelerated process/project that is, literally, a mortal threat to BiH. In doing so, one must also consider the proportions: BiH is already a small country relative to the number of migrants and the number of its emigrating population. Much larger and more "resilient" countries could not withstand this. Is it necessary to explain the connections and relationships between these phenomena that are happening simultaneously on the same ground?!

However, it must be emphasized – and this is particularly important – that all the aforementioned negative processes are taking place in a country (BiH) where extremely disintegrative forces are already active, as it is still a country of frozen war status. Which parliament, which political forum – who has even discussed this problem?! They truly do not see beyond their political "stall", their immediate interest, and one election cycle. Greed has deprived them of any possibility of visionary action.
