Demant by the lawyer of ZOI'84 director

After the BH news agency Patria published at the end of January that two ZOI '84 employees died due to stress, lawyer Esad Hrvačić issued a denial on behalf of the director of ZOI '84 Midhat Hubijar.

- In accordance with Article 8 of the Law on Protection against Defamation of the FBiH, on behalf of our client Hubijar Midhat, we are addressing you with a request to correct or deny the published content of the text from 29.01.2015, titled “ZOI '84 Employee Died from Stress“. In the mentioned text, you allegedly convey the statement of Alija Hodžić, president of the ZOI 84 Trade Union, where he claims that two ZOI employees, Zlatan Babić and Senad Hurem, died, who, according to Hodžić, died due to alleged illegal actions of ZOI director Midhat Hubijar. You will agree with us that these are extremely serious accusations, and we hereby request that you issue a public denial of the aforementioned in order to prevent harmful consequences – it is stated.
