SNSD delegates leave session after their proposal to remove Džaferović is rejected

At the session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, debate ensued after Staša Košarac (SNSD) again requested the inclusion of an agenda item seeking the removal of Šefik Džaferović, the Chairman of the House of Representatives, reports a reporter for the Bosnian news agency Patria.

- There are serious allegations that Džaferović did not report crimes committed in BiH. The public has been informed about this, and we believe he cannot serve as Chairman of the House of Representatives nor as a member of the Collegium. Given all this, we consider this agenda item urgent and binding, and I call on colleagues to dismiss Džaferović. Of course, if the decision does not receive support, we will not participate in further work - said Košarac.

The proposal of the SNSD Club was not accepted, after which SNSD delegates again left the session of the House of Representatives. With six votes in favor, 33 against, and two abstentions, the SNSD proposal was not adopted.
