
(Patria) - Delegates of the House of Peoples of the BiH PA at the beginning of today's session paid tribute by reciting Fatiha and observing a minute of silence to the late student Erdoan Morankić from Brčko. He died in a serious tram accident that occurred in Sarajevo on February 12.
Eleven delegates are attending the session: four from the Bosniak Caucus and four from the Croat Caucus, and three from the Serb Caucus (Nikola Špirić, Vjekoslav Vuković, and Želimir Nešković). The Speaker of the House, Kemal Ademović, stated that Dragan Čović will join the session, and there is no announcement of absence from other delegates. Two delegates from SNSD, Radovan Kovačević and Sredoje Nović, are not present at the session.
