SARAJEVO, (Patria) – Numerous delegations from the state, federal, cantonal, and municipal levels, as well as numerous veterans' associations and victims' associations, laid flowers at memorials and cemeteries.
Flowers were laid at the Kovači Cemetery, the Eternal Flame Memorial, the Memorial to the Killed Children of Besieged Sarajevo 1992-1995, the Memorial to Killed Policemen in Veliki Park, and the Vraca Memorial Park.
At 11:00 a.m., delegations will also lay flowers at the Novi Grad Memorial.
This evening, Bosnia and Herzegovina's Independence Day will be marked at the City Hall, under the patronage of members of the BiH Presidency Željko Komšić and Šefik Džaferović.
