SDP Delegation Meets with Nelson: US Determination in Defending BiH Statehood and Sovereignty

(Patria) - US Ambassador Eric Nelson met with a delegation of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) of BiH today. 

The SDP delegation included Vice-Presidents Zukan Helez, Ivan Boban, and Benjamina Karić. The meeting was held at the premises of the United States Embassy in BiH, after which the US Embassy informed about the topics discussed by Nelson and the SDP delegation.

- US Ambassador Nelson met with the SDP BiH delegation to discuss the path forward for restoring state-level functionality, fighting political corruption, improving electoral transparency, and addressing discrimination in the Constitution. We agree that these issues can only be resolved through inclusive discussion," the US Embassy in BiH announced.

The SDP stated that Ambassador Eric Nelson once again confirmed the determination and commitment of the US to defending the statehood and sovereignty of BiH, to which the US has made a crucial contribution from the declaration of independence to the present day.
