EU Delegation: Dodik again focuses on divisions and undermines BiH's constitutional framework

(Patria) - The announcements by the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, regarding a decree preventing High Representative Schmidt from entering the entity represent another provocation that undermines the constitutional framework of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

"The initiative is neither legally founded nor enforceable. The European Union supports the mission of the High Representative and his Office.

At a time when the state-level coalition is making efforts to adopt laws relevant to progress on the European path, it is regrettable that the President of Republika Srpska is again focusing on divisions, inflammatory and destabilizing moves instead of reforms that bring real benefits to citizens," stated the reaction from the Office of the EU Delegation in BiH.
