(Patria) - A thematic session of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly has begun in the building of the Parliamentary Assembly.
Ranko Debevec, President of the BiH Court, briefly addressed the representatives and said that the agenda itself does not relate much to the BiH Court.
"The BiH Court works effectively and well, and the situation in the BiH Court is quite good. I have noticed that there are certain misunderstandings regarding the jurisdictions of the Prosecutor's Office and the Court. As an illustration of good work, I will say that the BiH Court is the only one that does not have a Constitutional Court ruling related to the non-compliance with decisions within a reasonable time.
Do not ask me about individual decisions of judges. I have no right to interfere in that. I have no right to influence the decisions of the judges of the BiH Court," Debevec said.
