The match between the national tennis teams of BiH and the Netherlands within the 2nd round of Group I of the Euro-African zone of the Davis Cup will be played from April 7 to 9 in Zenica, decided the Management Board of the Tennis Association of BiH.
Although the possibility was considered that, due to the extremely difficult financial situation and high organizational costs, a request would be sent to the International Tennis Federation for the Netherlands to host the match, the TA BiH nevertheless made this
decision in order to allow our team the advantage of home court and audience in a difficult match.
The Zenica Arena has been chosen to host Davis Cup matches for the third time due to its good conditions.
Our tennis players defeated the favored Poles 5-0 in the previous round, securing their survival in Group I, to which they qualified for the first time in history last season.
