Hearing on restraining orders in the Munjić and others case at the Supreme Court of FBiH POSKOK today

(Patria) - A hearing in the case of Vahidin Munjić and others will begin at 9 AM at the Supreme Court of FBiH POSKOK, and shortly before the scheduled time, the acting director of the Federal Police Administration arrived at the POSKOK building on Alipašina Street, accompanied by his lawyer.

POSKOK has submitted a proposal to impose measures on four individuals related to undertaking business activities and official duties, prohibiting them from visiting certain places, and prohibiting them from meeting with certain people.

These individuals are the director of the Police Academy of the FBiH Ministry of Interior, Ervin Mušinović, the head of the cabinet of the Prime Minister of FBiH Nermin Nikšić, Arijana Huseinović-Ajanović, and FUP police officer Muhamed Ohranović.

All four are suspected of multiple corrupt criminal offenses.

After correspondence from Vahidin Munjić's phone from 2023 and 2024 was published in the media and under media pressure, POSKOK opened a case, even though the correspondence had been with prosecutor Aida Bešlija for months.
