Preparatory works begin today in Crnaja tunnel

(Patria) - Roads in BiH are wet this morning with an increased risk of landslides or falling rocks. We warn of strong gusts of wind on sections in the western regions. 

"On all routes, we advise maximum caution while driving and remind you that winter equipment is legally mandatory. Preparatory works begin today in the Crnaja tunnel on the Konjic - Jablanica section, which will cause slower traffic during the day. From Thursday, February 11, traffic through the tunnel will be one-way, alternating with traffic light control, from 04:30 to 23:00. From 23:00 to 04:30, traffic in the tunnel will be suspended," announced BIHAMK. 

Traffic is suspended due to works in the Jasen tunnel (Prozor-Jablanica). Passenger vehicles and smaller trucks are using the bypass around the tunnel, while trucks over 7.5 tons, with the exception of buses, are being redirected to alternative routes: Mostar - Široki Brijeg - Posušje - Tomislavgrad - Kupres - Bugojno and Mostar - Sarajevo - Busovača - Novi Travnik - Bugojno.
