Decision on Radomir Šušnjar's extradition to Bosnia and Herzegovina today: A criminal who burned 70 Bosniaks in Višegrad

The non-trial panel of the competent court in Paris will today at 2 PM make a decision on the extradition of Radomir Šušnjar to Bosnia and Herzegovina, who on June 14, 1992, in Pionirska Street in Višegrad, locked up more than 70 Bosniak civilians, who were subsequently burned alive, reports the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

Šušnjar, along with Milan and Sredoje Lukić, participated in the crime called "Living Bonfire", when in June 1992 more than 70 Bosniaks were locked up and tortured, and finally burned alive in a house in Višegrad, in eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina.

For this crime, the Lukić brothers were sentenced to long prison terms by the Hague Tribunal.

Šušnjar was arrested in Paris in April 2014.

The president of the Association "Woman – Victim of War", Bakira Hasečić, will attend the pronouncement of the court's decision in Paris today, writes Patria.
