SDA Deputy President Bakir Izetbegović announced yesterday that he should meet with HDZBiH leader Dragan Čović today to continue talks on forming the executive government in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, writes the Patria News Agency.
SDA and the Democratic Front reached an agreement on the distribution of portfolios in the Federal Government on Sunday.
Both Izetbegović and Željko Komšić expressed hope that Čović will accept the agreement, as they said it is a compromise solution.
Compromise, according to Izetbegović and Komšić, means that everyone should give up some of their previous demands when distributing ministerial portfolios.
There is still no information from SDA and HDZ about when and at what time the Izetbegović-Čović meeting will be held.
