Closing arguments to be presented today in the case against Fikret Hodžić

(Patria) - The presentation of closing arguments by the Prosecution and the defense in the case against Fikret Hodžić and his company "Srebrena malina" has been scheduled for today at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The trial against Hodžić was reopened before the Appellate Panel after the Constitutional Court overturned the verdict of the BiH Court, which had sentenced him to five years in prison for abuse of position during the procurement of ventilators in 2020.

Former Federal Prime Minister Fadil Novalić and the suspended director of the Federal Civil Protection Administration were also convicted by this verdict, while former Minister of Finance Jelka Miličević was acquitted.
