Representatives from 53 countries and seven international organizations will attend the inauguration of Turkey's newly elected President Recep Tayyip Erdogan today, Turkish media report, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria (NAP).
Erdogan, who was elected as the 12th president of Turkey in mid-August this year in the first direct presidential elections in Turkey (the president was elected by the people), will take the oath in the Turkish parliament and assume office. A handover ceremony will also be held on the same day.
The Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bakir Izetbegović, will also attend Erdogan's inauguration ceremony, NAP writes.
