Today's Urgent Session of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - An urgent session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been scheduled for today, 15 January 2020.

The agenda includes the election of members of joint commissions of both houses of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the House of Peoples: the Joint Commission for Defence and Security of BiH, the Joint Commission for Oversight of the Intelligence and Security Agency of BiH, the Joint Commission for Economic Reforms and Development, the Joint Commission for European Integration, the Joint Commission for Administrative Affairs, and the Joint Commission for Human Rights.

Additionally, members of delegations of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH from the House of Peoples should be appointed, including the delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH to the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), the delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), the delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE PA), and the delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH to the Parliamentary Assembly of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO PA).
