Is it a coincidence that the summons and lawsuit came on the same day: Dodik retaliates against Salihović through Tegeltija

Just a few hours after the Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, Goran Salihović, opened an investigation and summoned the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, for questioning as a suspect in relation to the non-execution of the Decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH reacted by initiating disciplinary proceedings against Salihović, writes the Patria News Agency.

The public was informed that the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor of the HJPC filed a disciplinary lawsuit against Salihović for breach of duty, based on media reports from August 8, 2016.

Many aspects of this are indicative and leave room for various interpretations of who is framing whom, and why.

Milan Tegeltija heads the HJPC. A man of immense trust for Dodik. His career in BiH judicial institutions has been marked by scandals from the very beginning.

He came to head the HJPC burdened by a criminal complaint, as the President of the Basic Court in Banja Luka, he participated in the apparently illegal confiscation of property from businessman Dževad Haznadar. The BiH Prosecutor's Office has been investigating this case for several years.

A final outcome has not yet been reached thanks to the strong ties between Tegeltija and the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik.
 
Tegeltija's own appointment to head the HJPC a year ago was accompanied by scandal. Due to the criminal complaint filed against him by businessman Haznadar, Tegeltija could not even be elected as the President of the HJPC, but Dodik managed to arrange for his man to be placed in such an important position. This year, on January 9, Tegeltija showed that he does not respect the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH, and he was at the forefront during the celebration of this unconstitutional holiday in Banja Luka. 

 The "coincidence" that within a few hours, Salihović summons Dodik for questioning, and then Dodik's pawn Tegeltija initiates disciplinary proceedings against Salihović leaves room for speculation. Was everything timed, and why initiate proceedings against Salihović now if there were grounds, instead of last week?
