Šahin Omeragić, the father of Enes Omeragić, who last night killed two members of the BiH Armed Forces in a betting shop in Rajlovac, and then shot at a GRAS bus that was picking up passengers at the stop, and then committed suicide in his family home in the Sokolje settlement, is employed by this very company, Avdo Vatrić, director of GRAS, confirmed for the Patria agency.

Although speculations emerged during the day that Šahin Omeragić was allegedly retired, but due to unpaid contributions and other obligations, he could not receive financial benefits, Vatrić denied this information.

"Šahin Omeragić is an employee of GRAS, he works as a driver, but he is on sick leave," Vatrić told Patria.

In any case, it is indicative that the attacker, after killing members of the BiH Armed Forces with an automatic rifle, shot at the bus, but fortunately there were no fatalities, and several people were injured by glass shards, as well as another member of the BiH Armed Forces, Dževad Ljukovac. At that moment, passengers were entering the bus, and Omeragić shot at the glass of the front door and diagonally along its entire length. The glass was broken, and one of the bullets ended up in the roof structure.

Otherwise, his father told BiH media today in an interview that he was not close to his son, and that he felt more sorry for the soldiers he killed than for his own son, whose funeral he would not attend, writes NAP.
