Did Dragica Glušac buy six apartments with "rewards" for revealing information?

BiH Prosecutor Dragica Glušac, who is leading the "Gibraltar" case - a marketing affair worth over 5 million KM, in which nine people are suspected - according to unofficial information obtained by the BiH news agency Patria, will soon hand over this case to a colleague.

As a reminder, after SIPA spectacularly arrested nine people, mostly owners of leading marketing agencies in BiH, Glušac claimed to have solid evidence for the case and that the suspects would remain in custody.

Failed Evidence

However, at the hearing to determine custody, everything fell apart because she came completely unprepared, presenting key evidence to the BiH Court in Slovenian and English, which is why Judge Minka Kreho decided to release the suspects.

In the meantime, Glušac suddenly went on sick leave, which was allegedly generously paid for by two suspects in the affair. The BiH Prosecutor's Office did not want to answer whether she is on sick leave or when she is returning.

This prosecutor has a "respectable" biography - from sentencing a rapist to a suspended sentence as a judge in Sanski Most, to being the lawyer for the "Foca monster" Radovan Stanković, who is currently serving a 42-year sentence in Foca prison.

It is also indicative that her picture cannot be found on the Google search engine, nor on the official website of the BiH Prosecutor's Office.

The "mysterious" Dragica Glušac, according to what we managed to find out, is not naive at all. Allegedly, for all the services she provided as a prosecutor in Banja Luka, as a municipal judge, and now as a state prosecutor, she has been handsomely rewarded.

According to some information circulating in judicial circles, but about which no one dares to speak publicly for now because she is a "powerful woman", her asset declaration is impressive.

Allegedly, Glušac, as a single mother, has so far bought three apartments in Banja Luka, one in Herceg Novi, one in Novi Sad, and 2,000 square meters of land in Banja Luka, all while she was a judge of the District Court in Banja Luka.

Commercial Property

After moving to the BiH Prosecutor's Office, according to unconfirmed information, the capable prosecutor bought another apartment in Istočno Sarajevo, and then, bypassing the tender procedure, hired her daughter at the Basic Court of Banja Luka.

Glušac allegedly rents out her commercial property in Banja Luka, at Svetog Save Street 7a, to the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

As our sources told us, people from the criminal underworld boast loudly that they receive the most information about numerous secret investigations from Dragica Glušac, who allegedly receives large monetary rewards from them.

Will Dragica Glušac (who wisely remains silent, as do the BiH Prosecutor's Office and Chief Prosecutor Goran Salihović) or the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council respond after the articles Patria has published so far, including this one, investigate all allegations and ascertain their truthfulness? For now, we are met with a wall of silence. The public is deprived of all information, from the "Gibraltar" case and the status of the investigation, to whether the prosecutor is on sick leave.
