Is the OHR and SNSD's action coordinated

Regarding the blockade of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH by SNSD and the public statement of High Representative Valentin Incko, Miro Lazović, member of the Presidency of SDP BiH, believes that Milorad Dodik and his puppets in the BiH Parliament, through their (in)action, show all the unseriousness and irresponsibility towards the signature that the SNSD leader put on the document accepting the Joint Statement on the continuation of reforms in BiH, on the basis of which the European Parliament activated the Stabilization and Association Agreement between BiH and the European Union, reports the Patria News Agency.

- The obstruction by Milorad Dodik and his associates has long been directed against BiH and its reform path, and what they are doing today is nothing new. Unfortunately, the Dayton Peace Agreement did not offer adequate mechanisms in the BiH Constitution (Annex 4), but it placed the competencies and authorities for suppressing blockades and obstructions within the jurisdiction of the OHR (High Representative). Therefore, the "lukewarm" reaction of the High Representative is surprising.

Instead of minding his own business and responsibilities, the High Representative, with his "teacher-like" statement about the manner and significance of Parliament's work, insults the dignity and honor of serious people in this country. For more than a decade, BiH and its citizens have been hostages of the retrograde and destructive policy of SNSD, which the OHR silently observes. The intellectual public of BiH is justifiably asking whether the actions of the OHR and SNSD are coordinated. Citizens expect the OHR to finally start working in accordance with the authorities given to them by the Dayton Peace Agreement," Lazović said in his statement.
