Will there be vote buying: Novalić boasted in his office saying "employers will finish it"

An emergency session of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been called for tomorrow in Sarajevo, with the announced agenda including the Reform Agenda for Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period 2015-2018 and the Proposal for the Labor Law.

The proposed Labor Law currently lacks a majority, as DF, SDP, and SBB have stated they will not support this law, reports the Patria news agency.

However, SDA and HDZ are confident that the law will pass, and as we learn from sources close to Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, he boasted today in his office that "everything will be fine, because employers will finish the job."

As we learn, "suspicious individuals" are arriving at the FBiH Parliament, who will present themselves as employers, and money is allegedly being offered just to ensure the Labor Law passes. As our source stated, Nihad Imamović, former president of the FBiH Employers' Association, is allegedly involved, but he only laughed when asked if this might be true.

- Please, feel free to write that I laughed at your question. I have been out of Sarajevo since July 18, I am retired, and I have no connection with employers. However, this Labor Law is part of the reforms and it must be analyzed and adopted. Collective agreements are harmful and must be changed – Imamović emphasized.

Given that vote buying was openly discussed today within the FBiH Government, it is possible that the police will also have work to do in the FBiH Parliament building tomorrow, and Patria's sources reveal that some delegates, if necessary, will contact SIPA and the police themselves.
