
(Patria) - President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović was welcomed with the highest honors in front of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, officially beginning his two-day visit to BiH.
Milatović was welcomed with the highest state and military honors, and after the reception, a meeting followed with members of the BiH Presidency - Denis Bećirović, Željka Cvijanović, and Željko Komšić. Subsequently, a bilateral meeting of delegations from the two countries will take place.
As part of the visit to BiH, the Montenegrin president will also meet with members of the collegium of both houses of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, as well as with the Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Borjana Krišto.
As previously stated, the official visit of Jakov Milatović to Bosnia and Herzegovina is a continuation of the Montenegrin president's commitment to good neighborly cooperation as a key prerequisite on the country's path to full membership in the European Union by 2028.
