BLACK - RED REGIME Konaković and Dodik defend their suspects and attack the judiciary with the same words!

"A plan was devised because they failed to find any evidence through all the processes. They came up with an idea to gather a group of people, some of whom I know, and some are my friends, to arrest them and extract some evidence so that in the end I would be the person who, supposedly connected to some drug cartel, manages the processes."

This is how Elmedin Konaković, Minister of Foreign Affairs and leader of People and Justice, spoke after the "Black Tie 2" operation.

"SNSD fully stands behind its people and it will be shown in the shortest possible time that they are absolutely innocent and that they performed their duties responsibly and conscientiously. This is a classic case of political interference in the judiciary, all with the intention of undermining the integrity of SNSD and the election results," the statement reads.

This is how SNSD addressed the public today regarding the operation in which their cadres, suspected of crime and causing damage to the RS budget, were arrested.

I would say what a coincidence, but that would be completely incorrect. Because, in politics, especially in politics that washes itself clean of the criminal activities of its friends and associates, there are no coincidences.

In fact, it is a modality of publicly demolishing an already ruined judiciary. Because, when Konaković accuses political rivals and finds partners in the judiciary for such actions, then the judiciary is independent. When cadres close to him are suspected, accused, or convicted, then it is judicial darkness.

When Konaković shuffles papers and threatens rivals with prison, then prosecutors and prosecutor's offices are the light at the end of the tunnel, brave people… While talking about European integration, Konaković implies abstract reforms, but he is bothered when the European police initiate an operation in which people close to him are arrested.

Milorad Dodik has fewer problems with the arrest of people close to him. Because, unlike Konaković, Dodik controls a much larger part of the judicial system vertically.

But, when a judicial operation targeting SNSD cadres occurs, the SNSD's strike machine is activated to discredit the disobedient prosecution which, lo and behold, dared to arrest someone from SNSD.

The public, at least the part not controlled by SNSD, is unanimous that his system of governance in the RS represents a totalitarian regime. A regime that penetrates all pores of socio-political flows and controls them with a firm fist of governance.

Such a regime does not allow anything democratic and humane to breathe, so the residents of the RS entity are stuck in the mud that Milorad Dodik has been creating for years. And that is why operations like today's are a kind of shock, both for the public and for Dodik's SNSD.

However, the question is how it is possible that Milorad Dodik and Elmedin Konaković used identical words of self-defense and public deception. The former is an anti-democratic, Russian-Chinese-Hungarian player, who uses his position to manage all processes.

If Dodik's messages coincide with Konaković's, then the leader of People and Justice is a good actor. Or a bad swindler. But he is certainly also afflicted with the disease of regime management. Because, when someone sends out messages identical to those of a regime, they have no option to convince us that they are more inclined towards democracy. Especially neither of them can convince us that they are for the rule of law.

Because, the rule of law implies the freedom of the judiciary to investigate every suspicion of crime, and if there is evidence, to pass judgment. But, Konaković and Dodik have exactly that problem. Because, the judiciary is good only when it comes for enemies.

When it comes for "theirs," then regime leaders Konaković and Dodik use all means to discredit Kulenović or Habul.

We knew that Dodik was more inclined towards Putin's values. We thought Konaković had something of America in him, given that the project thanks to which Konaković rules was created under the American flag.

It seems we were mistaken. In terms of regime style, both are most similar to Lukashenko.
