Black Tuesday in Banja Luka: Bus full of passengers overturns, 9 injured

A bus belonging to the company "Pavlović turs", carrying several passengers, overturned this evening near the Prijedor interchange, close to Banja Luka, reports the BH news agency Patria.

In this traffic accident, nine people were injured, confirmed by the police.

- The accident occurred this evening around 19:30 on the Banja Luka - Gradiška highway, about 500 meters from the Prijedor interchange towards Laktaši - confirmed Marija Markanović, spokesperson for the Banja Luka Police Department.

According to her, police officers and emergency vehicles arrived at the scene.

- Members of the Emergency Service transported 9 people for medical assistance. An investigation is underway - Markanović emphasized.

This is the third accident today, all occurring in the wider Banja Luka area, in which three people have lost their lives and 10 have been injured.
