Crnadak: Adopted laws are harmful to RS, does someone want a conflict between two armed formations?

(Patria) - PDP deputy in the National Assembly of RS Igor Crnadak today submitted an initiative to RS Prime Minister Radovan Višković to annul the dangerous disputed laws adopted in the NSRS on February 27.

Crnadak requested that the RS Government adopt a law repealing the Law on Non-Application of Laws and Prohibition of Work of Unconstitutional Institutions of BiH and the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska, and submit it to the National Assembly for adoption.

“I believe it is very important that these laws be annulled because they are harmful to Republika Srpska, dangerous, could cause harmful consequences, and are against the interests of RS. These laws stipulate that the RS Ministry of Interior, police officers must prevent SIPA from performing their duties on the territory of RS. Yet there is also a law on SIPA on how they must perform duties throughout the entire territory of BiH. This means a conflict between two armed formations that, under this law, have conflicting obligations to implement on the ground, and both are armed. You must understand how dangerous that is,” said Crnadak.
