Crnadak participated in the Dubrovnik Forum 2018

DUBROVNIK, (Patria) - The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Igor Crnadak participated today, September 1, 2018, in Dubrovnik at the Annual International Conference Dubrovnik Forum: "Strengthening Resilience – The Mediterranean, Europe and the Western Balkans", which was opened by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia Andrej Plenković.

The Forum addresses challenges caused by migration, terrorism, climate change, and a range of threats facing Europe and the wider Mediterranean region at the political, security, economic, social, and cultural levels.

Minister Crnadak participated in the ministerial panel, which was opened with an introductory address by the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia Marija Pejčinović-Burić, and which discussed the challenges caused by current crises in the Mediterranean and ways in which states can strengthen their resilience to crises.

In addition to Minister Crnadak, the Dubrovnik Forum was attended by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Malta, Poland, Albania, and Montenegro.

Minister Crnadak held separate bilateral meetings in Dubrovnik with the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State of the United States of America Matthew Palmer, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Péter Szijjártó, and the Secretary General of the Union for the Mediterranean Nasser Kamel.
