Crnadak admits he violated diplomatic practice regarding the letter to The Hague

Igor Crnadak, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, held a meeting with the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mladen Ivanić, and confirmed that his letter to the International Court of Justice in The Hague did not follow diplomatic practice via the embassy, and that he informed Bakir Izetbegović about this, Patria reports.

Ambassador Mirsada Čolaković, for these reasons, requested that Crnadak provide her with the accompanying decision of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina to avoid a collision, but he could not do so because he is not authorized to write to the court in The Hague.

Crnadak accused Izetbegović of privatizing institutions and said that it could lead to a "paralysis of the network of our diplomatic-consular missions (DKP)."

- If in the coming days any natural or legal person goes to The Hague and submits a request for revision of the judgment, I will personally go there and complain for three reasons - the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has no position on the revision, the political representatives of Serbs, Croats and citizens of the RS are against it, and that natural or legal person has no legitimacy or is misrepresenting themselves - said Crnadak.
