Čović's Amnesia: He Forgot He Signed a Coalition Agreement with the DF as Well!

Dragan Čović, president of the HDZ BiH, said tonight that for him the only partner is the SDA, and in doing so he apparently forgot the agreement signed back in November last year, specifically on November 11, reports the Patria news agency.

- As far as HDZ is concerned, we made a list of parties with which we went to the elections, and we will see how and in what direction the talks that will be held in the coming days will go. But, as far as I am concerned, it is equally possible that a minority government remains or that we make some different changes - said Čović, claiming that the SDA is their only partner.

To refresh Čović's memory, we are publishing the signed agreement:

The Party of Democratic Action (SDA), the Democratic Front (DF) and the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ), i.e., the leaders of these parties, signed an agreement on joint action in government at all levels, as well as on the goals of the future government.

The basis of the signed agreement, the "Programmatic Principles of Parties and Coalitions for the Establishment and Operation of Government in Bosnia and Herzegovina," consists of the ten points that were agreed upon and presented to the public, namely: the Constitution and Election Law, Euro-Atlantic integration, the rule of law, economic and social reform, infrastructure projects, ensuring the equality of peoples and citizens and preserving national identity, veterans' rights, sustainable return, prevention and remediation of natural disasters, and concrete measures, plans, and implementation deadlines.

The parties then committed to forming a government at all levels as soon as possible, but to this day this has not been done. And now, despite his signature, Čović has denied that the DF is their partner!
