Čović assumes duty of the BiH Presidency Chairman

The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be chaired by the Croatian member of the Presidency, Dragan Čović, for the next eight months, who assumed this duty on Monday, reports the news agency Patria.

Before Čović, the Presidency of BiH was chaired by the Serb member of the Presidency, Mladen Ivanić.

Čović told a press conference that he plans many meetings with international officials both in BiH and abroad in the next eight months. He emphasized that bringing young people into the BiH Presidency will be a novelty in its work, with the aim of young people seeing how the BiH Presidency functions and offering ideas on how to change certain things in the work of the BiH Presidency, reports NAP.
