Čović denies being a Russian player, then counts what Pendeš registered to the state

Never before have the connections between Milorad Dodik (SNSD) and Dragan Čović (HDZ) with the Russian influence they want to establish in BiH been spoken of louder.

Admittedly, Dodik has always been known for this, while Čović has been revealing his position in recent months. He is unsuccessfully trying to justify himself through the media he controls by listing how many military properties Marina Pendeš (HDZ), the former Minister of Defense, registered to the state, as if it were her goodwill, and not a legal obligation.

Here too, a parallel can be drawn between the policies of Dodik and Čović. The Constitutional Court made a decision on registering military property to BiH, RS refuses to do so, and Čović is now boasting that his minister did it. The duo Dodik and Čović fail to understand that the BiH Constitutional Court is not a "Swedish" buffet, where you take what you need.

Reading the text that assures us that Čović is a promoter of European values and that the path to the EU and NATO is the future of BiH, I remember the old saying that a mother did not scold Mujo for gambling, but for trying to get out of it.

The memories of Dragan Čović's silence in the game surrounding the MAP, which lasted for over a year, are still fresh.

In the end, HDZ BiH increasingly advocated the SNSD's stance, stating that the MAP is a "technical issue" that should be put "on hold" and that the government should be implemented.

In BiH, any decision that is not to the liking of SNSD or HDZ leads to rebellion and attacks on the state. Now they have united even more strongly, precisely after Čović returned from his visit to Russia.

Following the Constitutional Court's decision on state-owned land, Dodik ordered his cadres to disobey the state. Čović added the condition of amending the Election Law according to his ideas to that stance. We have not heard that Čović, the champion of advocating BiH's path to NATO, supported the view of some that foreign judges should leave BiH only after we join NATO.

A completely undemocratic and discriminatory principle – Europe wants a civic concept, Čović wants something else. That is where the second lack of principle of Čović and Dodik lies. They claim that foreign judges are an undemocratic practice, that it doesn't exist anywhere in the world, but they have no explanation as to why they do not implement the judgments of the Court of Human Rights. Where in the world is someone denied the right to be elected, and precisely because they are declared illegitimate? Where in the world is a court decision, and not just any court decision, but that of the Constitutional Court, openly challenged with impunity?

Member of the Presidency of the Party of Democratic Action, Aljoša Čampara, told Klix today that Milorad Dodik's accusations against the United States of America are identical to the accusations of the undemocratic Eastern Bloc and represent a reflection of the distorted perception of the leader of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats.

Denis Bećirović (SDP), a delegate of the House of Peoples, spoke in the same vein.

"In BiH, we have two political groups. One is the one that sees the future in Euro-Atlantic integration, and the others are those that drag us into Russian-Asian integration. We should focus exclusively on membership in the NATO alliance and the EU. If someone wants to push something through, outside the Constitution and Dayton, and with brutal pressure, what is enshrined in the BiH Constitution, it is completely legitimate for you to also propose an amendment to the Constitutional Court with much stronger arguments so that we can truly move towards full membership in the EU as soon as possible. Dialogue can only be conducted within the state bodies of BiH, here in the BiH Parliament," Bećirović is clear.
