Čović with Nelson on BiH Election Law Amendments

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - HDZ BiH President Dragan Čović held a meeting today with US Ambassador Eric Nelson in Sarajevo.

According to Čović's Twitter post, the discussion was about amendments to the BiH Election Law.

"Amendments to the BiH Election Law and limited constitutional changes are the dominant topic. Crucial for reaching an agreement by the end of 2021, enabling us to focus on building progress and stability," Čović stated. 

Otherwise, the HDZ BiH president said today that the final talks on the election law will be held from November 29 to December 2, when US Envoy for Electoral Reform Matthew Palmer and Director at the European External Action Service EU Angelina Eichhorst will be visiting BiH.
