Čović reveals details of meeting with Dodik and the 'trojka': Agreement on budget, foreign judges in Constitutional Court, laws, decisions...

(Patria) - HDZ BiH President Dragan Čović admitted today that they kept the meeting of the state coalition a secret, as well as what they agreed upon.

Today he was a bit more specific, saying that yesterday they set deadlines for the reached agreement by the end of April.

"On Monday, we have a dinner organized by the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of BiH, where Plenković will arrive a bit earlier. If what we agreed upon yesterday is realized on Monday, and I believe it will be, because there is nothing sensitive, then there is no reason for the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of BiH not to be completely proud when she reports," Čović said.

He stated that with the agreement, they want to show that they want to open the negotiation process.

"What we agreed upon yesterday is so significant that there is no reason for this process to stall. From the budget, from foreign judges in the Constitutional Court, not to mention all the laws that were on the waiting list, to some decisions that we needed, we reached an agreement yesterday, and I hope it will be extremely affirmative on Tuesday," Čović said.

Although he did not go into detail, the stance of Milorad Dodik, as well as Dragan Čović, on replacing foreign judges with domestic ones is known. Days before the coalition meeting, Dodik had been saying that no law would be adopted until the issue of the BiH Constitutional Court was resolved.

What is interesting is that none of the party leaders forming the 'trojka' have publicly announced what they agreed upon yesterday at Milorad Dodik's private property, far from the public eye.

A session of the BiH Council of Ministers is announced for Tuesday, but the agenda does not include any laws related to the obligations on the EU path.
