Čović, Nikšić and Konaković meet with Sattler

(Patria) - HDZ BiH leader Dragan Čović announced on social media that he, along with representatives of the 'Trojka' coalition, met with the Head of the EU Delegation to BiH, Johann Sattler, today.

The meeting was held at the EU Delegation building in Sarajevo, and besides Čović and Sattler, the leaders of SDP BiH Nermin Nikšić and NiP Elmedin Konaković also attended. The president of Our Party Edin Forto was not present, but Sabine Ćudić and Predrag Kojović were.

The discussion focused on the functioning and priorities of the Federation of BiH, and as Čović wrote on his Twitter in English – "stable political dialogue, cooperation, and the upholding of agreements crucial for steps ahead".

In another tweet, Čović posted a photo of himself posing with Sattler, adding:

"Constructive meeting with Sattler. We spoke about the priorities that need to be achieved on our EU path. Opening of the EU accession negotiations for BiH in 2023 would swiftly move the country forward. Important reforms lie ahead," Čović stated.

The meeting between the representatives of the 'Trojka' coalition and the HDZ BiH leader with Ambassador Sattler followed yesterday's meeting they held with SNSD president Milorad Dodik in East Sarajevo.
