Čović promised everyone that HDZ would appoint a minister from the 'others' category!

I was present, as was Marinko Čavara, at a meeting where Dragan Čović, on behalf of the HDZ/HNS delegation, said that this group of parties would appoint a minister from the 'others' category, told the Patria news agency Emir Suljagić, a member of the Presidency of the Democratic Front.

He attended all inter-party negotiations of coalition partners as a member of the DF delegation.

- I will quote Dragan Čović: "We already have a person who will be acceptable to you too, who is a real, not an invented, 'other'."

I would not express my opinion on this counting of grains at this moment, but at the time when the HDZ leader said this, two party presidents, SDA and DF, the vice-president of SDA, the general secretary of DF, a member of the DF Presidency, and of course Marinko Čavara, the vice-president of HDZ, were at the table.

Čavara also heard what Čović said, and therefore there is no need for him to continue to tarnish the function of the President of the Federation by openly and publicly lying, Suljagić points out.
