Čović to address the National Assembly of Republika Srpska on 1 February

BANJA LUKA, (Patria) - A special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska will be held on 1 February, with 20 minutes of address offered to SDA leader Bakir Izetbegović and HDZ BiH leader Dragan Čović, as well as to the leaders of political parties from Republika Srpska. 

The topic of the session is the current situation in BiH.

Nedeljko Čubrilović, President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, said that he invited Izetbegović and Čović as party leaders because they have deputies in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska and that he believes dialogue is needed in BiH.

"It is a pity that Izetbegović refused the invitation, while Čović verbally confirmed that he will come to the special session," he said.

Representatives of opposition parties pointed out that they abstained during the collegium.
