BiH Presidency Members in Mostar: 20 Years After Dayton - Reality or Deception

Members of the BiH Presidency are attending a conference titled "Consensus on the Reorganization of the Political System 20 Years After Dayton - Reality or Deception?"

The conference is held under the high patronage of the Chairman of the BiH Presidency, Dragan Čović, and is organized by the Institute for Social-Political Research (IDPI) from Mostar. The conference was opened by the Chairman of the BiH Presidency, Dragan Čović, and the Executive Director of the Institute for Social-Political Research, Josip Blažević, and the conference was organized into two panel discussions.

The first panel, titled "How to Adapt the Political System to the Needs of All Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina (members of constituent peoples and others)?", featured members of the BiH Presidency as panelists, and opinions were exchanged on the Dayton Peace Agreement over the past 20 years and the exploration of consensus possibilities regarding concrete institutional changes in the Constitutions of BiH and FBiH, as well as amendments to the BiH Election Law.

The first panel also included the President of Republika Srpska and the President of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats, Milorad Dodik, the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH and the President of the Serbian Democratic Party, Mladen Bosić, a representative in the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament and the President of the Alliance for a Better Future of BiH, Fahrudin Radončić, and the President of the Main Board of the Croatian National Assembly, Božo Ljubić.

The second panel, titled "The Role and Responsibility of Media in Building Political Consensus on Contentious Political Issues", featured media representatives as panelists.
