Police officers of the East Sarajevo Public Security Center are undertaking activities related to verifying allegations in order to identify the persons, location and time regarding a photograph published by the Patria agency, which was taken on January 9 during the celebration of RS Day, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.
Namely, the disputed photograph shows a group of young men, several of whom are dressed in military uniforms and carrying automatic weapons from which they fired on the Mokro-Sokolac route and patrolled in vehicles.
One of the young men in the photograph is Dejan Petrušić, an active soldier of the Armed Forces of BiH, but to date the Ministry of Defense of BiH has not officially responded to the letter sent by the Patria agency. The Ministry of Security of BiH and SIPA have also become involved in the entire case.
- The District Prosecutor's Office of East Sarajevo has been informed, under whose supervision measures and actions are being taken in accordance with the law - stated the East Sarajevo Public Security Center.
