
(Patria) - The Central Election Commission of BiH received two appeals against the decision to annul the results of the early elections for the President of RS at 136 polling stations in 17 electoral units.
Appeals were sent by both SNSD and SDS, it was confirmed for N1.
These are appeals from SNSD, which objects to the decision stating that, according to their claims, there are no grounds for annulling the election results, and an appeal from SDS, which believes that a decision should have been made to annul the election results at more polling stations.
The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina made a decision to annul the results of the early elections for the President of Republika Srpska in 17 electoral units at 136 polling stations. There is a right to appeal this decision, and if confirmed, the CEC must make a decision on holding new elections at these locations.
The electoral units in which early elections would need to be repeated due to a large number of irregularities are Prijedor, Laktaši, Banja Luka, Doboj, Stanari, Lopare, Ugljevik, Osmaci, Zvornik, Vlasenica, Nevesinje, Gacko, Rudo, Bileća, Milići, and Brčko.
