CEC determined the results of the repeated elections for the President of Republika Srpska, requests for new ballot counting can be submitted

(Patria) - The Central Election Commission of BiH at today's 12th (extraordinary) session adopted the Decision on determining and publishing the results of the repeated early elections for the President of Republika Srpska at 136 polling stations in 17 basic electoral units.

After determining and publishing the results of the repeated early elections, a request for a recount of ballots can be submitted to the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina within 72 hours from the day of determining and publishing the results of the repeated early elections, in the manner, form, and under the conditions prescribed by the provisions of Article 5.30 of the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as an objection to the accuracy of the published election results.

A request for a recount of ballots and an objection to the published results of the repeated early elections for the President of Republika Srpska can be submitted via fax to 033/251-329, by email to [email protected], or directly at the headquarters of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Danijela Ozme Street number 7, Sarajevo.

The Decision on determining and publishing the results of the repeated early elections for the President of Republika Srpska at 136 polling stations in 17 basic electoral units will be published on 09.02.2026 at 15:00, on the website of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina www.izbori.ba, and it will be considered that on the day of publication, it has been delivered to all participants in the election process, and an appeal against it can be filed through the Central Election Commission of BiH to the Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina within two days from the date of publication of the decision.

The determined results will be published today at 15:00 on the website of the Central Election Commission of BiH www.izbori.ba.
