CEC in the service of the joint criminal enterprise

The Civic Alliance (GS) believes that the documents of the Central Election Commission, which have leaked to the public, are indisputable proof that the policy of the joint criminal enterprise (JCE) convicted in The Hague has its administrative lever in the highest bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- We in the GS consider yesterday's media appearance of CEC President Irena Hadžibadić a poor charade aimed at covering up not only the coup d'état staged by the power levers of the Dodik-Čović axis, embodied in CEC members Petrić and Mikić, but also at avoiding her own criminal responsibility for violating the Election Law of BiH and the Constitution of the FBiH.

After the highly questionable decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH to invalidate certain provisions of the Election Law, CEC President Irena Hadžiabdić (un)knowingly violates the remnants of the Election Law, mutilated by the decisions of the Constitutional Court, and joins the implementation of apartheid measures, carried out by the OHR-sanctioned former vice-president of HDZ BiH, now CEC member Stjepan Mikić, to directly legalize war crimes and crimes against humanity that received their judicial epilogue in The Hague in the verdicts in the case of Prlić et al.

We in the GS consider it unacceptable that an institution like the CEC considers, even in a working form, material that puts an end to the democratic nature of elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina and violates the basic and fundamental human rights of every citizen of this country to vote and to be elected.

Croats of Husino and Tuzla, Krajina and Bihać, Vrhbosna and Sarajevo have every right to be elected together with all other citizens of this country to all legislative bodies, just as Bosniaks and others in Konjic, Jablanica, Mostar, Stolac, Ljubuški and Livno, whose basic human rights the CEC, through its so-called Working Material, multiplied by zero.

The Civic Alliance has no doubt that the JCE trio from the CEC, after yesterday's exposure of criminal intentions in the working material, will not resign on their own, and we believe it is necessary to initiate an initiative to remove the eternal and politically compromised members of the CEC - the statement said.
