CEC BiH publishes informative public calls for election technologies and storage space

(Patria) - In accordance with the Public Procurement Plan for the procurement of specific election technologies for the election process in Bosnia and Herzegovina, adopted at the 44th session held on 18.09.2025, the Central Election Commission of BiH has published two public calls for the submission of informative offers. One call relates to the procurement of specific election technologies, and the other to the rental of closed-type storage space.

The goal of both public calls is to gather detailed information about the market situation, so that the Central Election Commission of BiH can prepare official public calls that are in line with market opportunities, as well as the needs of the election process.

Through the public call for the procurement of election technologies, the Central Election Commission of BiH wants to gather information about the technology that will be used in the elections in BiH. Bidders should submit data on equipment functionalities, technical characteristics, delivery deadlines, maintenance conditions, training for use, and indicative prices. The deadline for submitting informative offers is 15.10.2025, and the full text of the public call is available on the CEC's website.

Through the public call for the rental of storage space, the Central Election Commission of BiH is looking for secure and functional closed space for storing sensitive and non-sensitive election material. The space must meet all security and technical requirements, including protection, surveillance, and access control. Interested bidders should submit offers containing the location and area of the space, technical characteristics, conditions, and rental price. The deadline for submitting informative offers is 20.10.2025, and the full text of the public call is available on the CEC's website.
