CEC BiH sets deadline: Sarajevo Canton Assembly to elect delegates to HoR PFBiH by January 12

The Central Election Commission of BiH, after reviewing the report on indirect elections, has made a decision determining the results of indirect elections for the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH from the Assembly of Bosanskopodrinjski Canton Goražde, it was announced today from the CEC, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

According to the determined results, the following were elected to the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH from Bosanskopodrinjski Canton Goražde:
Kurtović Mustafa (Bosniak)
Fejzić Edim (Croat)
Milović Daliborka (Serb)

The Central Election Commission of BiH, in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.9, point 11 of the Election Law of BiH, is obliged to inform the election commission, polling station committee, or any other body responsible for conducting elections that it is not acting in accordance with the provisions of the Election Law of BiH or that it is violating them, and to order the competent authority to take appropriate measures. In this regard, the Central Election Commission of BiH today adopted a conclusion informing and instructing the Assembly of Sarajevo Canton to elect delegates to the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH by 01/12/2015.
