Pipes from Visoko will irrigate the largest raspberry plantations in Europe

Bosnian entrepreneurs, although operating in quite difficult circumstances in the country, achieve outstanding results on the international market every day, writes the Patria news agency.

Thus, plastic pipes for agricultural irrigation produced in Bosnia and Herzegovina will soon cover the raspberry plantations in Arilje, Serbia, which are the largest in Europe, and rank high seventh in the world in terms of production volume, with nearly 80,000 tons of raspberries annually.

The irrigation pipes for the raspberry growers in Arilje will be produced by the agricultural cooperative „BIOS“ from Visoko. This agricultural cooperative is also one of the largest producers of greenhouses in the region, writes NAP.
