(Patria) - According to Binance data, the price of bitcoin has reached a new all-time high, surpassing $89,000.
As of 03:07 Moscow time, i.e. 01:07 Central European time, the price of bitcoin fell to $88,200, TASS reported.
Bitcoin is a decentralised system of the eponymous cryptocurrency based on blockchain technology, which can be mined by any user, a participant in the system.
The concept was published in November 2008 by its author, or group of authors, under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto.
