The Four in KS Will Go Together to the Local Elections

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Mayor of Stari Grad Municipality, Ibrahim Hadžibajrić, stated that a coalition, or rather a joint appearance of four parties, has been agreed upon at the Canton Sarajevo level for the Local Elections in October. The agreement is expected to be signed in the coming days by People and Justice, Our Party, SDP BiH, and the Independent Bosnian-Herzegovinian List. According to a previous agreement, these four parties will field joint candidates for mayors and will run with separate lists for municipal councils. 

"This has been agreed upon at the Canton Sarajevo level, and I hope it will be agreed upon at the level of other cantons as well, and we should proceed with signing the agreement. It only remains to agree on the exact date and place where it will be signed in the coming days," Hadžibajrić said in Centralni dnevnik with Senad Hadžifejzović. 

When asked about the Mayor of Sarajevo, Hadžibajrić said that he had not considered that position, but that the four parties could have their own candidate.

"If the four parties manage to secure a majority in the city municipalities, then we would put forward a candidate. We have not yet discussed a name," Hadžibajrić said.  

When asked about the exit of SBB and DF from the six-party coalition, Hadžibajrić said that there were problems from the very beginning, and that the citizens would send the best message about it in the local elections.
