Will the 'Gang of Four' and Čampara overthrow SDA and take over the KS Assembly?

SARAJEVO, (Patria) – The list of 18 MPs who will form the new majority in the KS Assembly is expected to be announced within the next 15 days, NAP has learned. 

Patria's sources well-informed about the developments surrounding the change of power in KS claim that a request to dismiss the KS Government will not be immediately submitted, as that process could take more than two months. First, a new assembly majority will be established, and after the election of the new assembly leadership, the procedure to dismiss the KS Government should be initiated. 

The list of 18 MPs does not yet include anyone from SBB, although the party's president, Fahrudin Radončić, has made it very clear that the coalition with SDA and DF no longer exists for him. It is not excluded that someone from the SBB Caucus might join the second assembly majority. 

Thus, the new assembly majority will consist of MPs from the People and Justice party (7), SDP BiH (4), Our Party (3), NBL-Independent MPs (3), and Aljoša Čampara, who is expected to leave SDA after months of unsuccessful attempts to change things within the party. Čampara has also shown disagreement with the rest of the SDA Caucus and Caucus leader Mahir Dević in the past, with whom he very often engaged in verbal conflicts during KS Assembly sessions. 

It is certain that a heated political autumn awaits ahead of the local elections, which will be held on November 15.
