Four participants of the March of Peace from Konjic started walking towards Potočari

KONJIC, (Patria) - Four participants of this year's March of Peace have embarked on a journey of over 300 kilometers from Konjic to Potočari.

From Alija Izetbegović State Square in Konjic, Osman Trnka, Rasim Gagula, and Hikmet Redžo from Konjic, along with Ramiz Kadrić from Drežnica, set off towards Potočari.

Kadrić started his journey from Drežnica to Konjic alone on June 26th, where he joined the three men from Konjic, with whom he will continue his journey towards Nezuk. From Nezuk, they will join the participants of this year's March of Peace from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina and continue their journey towards the Memorial Center in Potočari.

Osman Trnka, who is in his seventh decade of life, initiated the March of Peace from Konjic to Potočari in 2010.

The 23rd anniversary of the genocide against Bosniaks will be commemorated at the Potočari Memorial Center near Srebrenica on July 11th.
